Thanks for your reply. I already connected to outlook and I am able to send mail directly from GP. My query is how to select few invoices and send along with the collection letter. please find the previous attached screen-shot in my first mail. I want to select few invoice and send with collection letters. and I want to print only the selected invoice amount on report/

In order to send emails from Collections management, you must install a MAPI compliant email client like Outlook. This is not the case with normal GP email functionality, so it can be overlooked. Make sure you have Outlook open on the machine you are attempting to send from. Additionally, Outlook security will often times stop outside applications from accessing it, ask for confirmation and set time limits on how long the application can have access. There is an app called "Click Yes" which can automate this interaction.
