Hi team,

In Emails > Personalize > Lists, this is where user can define dynamic text based on, say, event registration.

The functionality is powerful, and the code works as expected so far based on our preliminary testing.

What we stumbled upon here is that it allows end user to "Copy code", however, nothing actually gets copied to the clipboard.

Could this be a bug?

Yes, that sounds like a bug. The "Copy code" button should copy the dynamic text/code to the clipboard, so if it doesn’t, it’s likely a scripting or permission issue in the app.
Try these quick checks:

Test in different browsers to rule out browser-specific issues.

Clear cache and disable extensions that might block clipboard access.

Check browser console for any JavaScript errors when clicking "Copy code."

If it persists, report it to the product support team as a bug for a fix.
