As for error message "The site record for this item does not exist", I believe your issue is related to Item-Site assignment primarily, which is stored in IV00102. Initially, you will have to check that the item is assigned to this specific site.

As for the other error message "The overall qty record for this item does not exist", you will need to check whether an item-site record with record type of (1), which is the summary or (overall quantity record). To check this, consider one of the following:

    1. Open Smart list > Inventory > Item Quantities. Search for this specific item and ensure that there is a record with location code (All Site). If there is no record, you will have to run Inventory Reconciliation to get things back on track again
    2. Run the following query on SQL Management Studi
      SELECT * FROM IV00102 WHERE RCRDTYPE = 1 AND ITEMNMBR = '#ItemNumber'

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,
