
Hi, Can anyone tell me if there is any way to modify the mail merge form?. i.e. when I select a record and click on the mail merge button the form pops up 'Select Mail Merge Type', then Select template etc.. I was wondering if there any way to set a default template to use for mail merge?? or to modify look up Organization mail merge template field..

I have the same question (0)You get an option to make template Default from CRM by navigating to Settings >> Templates >> More Action however, I'm not so sure if mail merge will select this template as Default automatically while performing mail merge
