Hi,
I have a situation where some e-mails are sent from contacts and some are sent from users in CRM. Does anyone know how I can add /tag the user in the case when using automatic creation rule?
The default "Cusomter"-field only shows contact/account. The users are also registered as contacts, but I would like the user and not the contact tagged to the case.
Are there any way to create a query like "IF the sender is a user, tag the user and not the contact"?
