Automatic Record Creation- map case to either user or contact/account

Hi, 

I have a situation where some e-mails are sent from contacts and some are sent from users in CRM. Does anyone know how I can add /tag the user in the case when using automatic creation rule?

The default "Cusomter"-field only shows contact/account. The users are also registered as contacts, but I would like the user and not the contact tagged to the case. 

Are there any way to create a query like "IF the sender is a user, tag the user and not the contact"?

    Hi AnneSiv,

     As you mentioned, The default "Cusomter"-field only shows contact/account.

    The customer field is one special lookup field, which only can store account and contact.

    and it is one required field, which means that it must be filled if you want to create cases.

    You can't remove customer from case, and you can add one user lookup field to case if you want to tag the user.
