Bellow the + button gives me the bellow lookup view :

the is no way to select account entity. Because this view is a system view and we canot change the filter and the lookup target :

when I add a new view it gives me the following view without the + Buttom:

Have you added the stakeholders subgrid?

I prefer to find a solution with connections. So I create the connections for account as stakeholders, but the problem is about the standard view that is liked only to contact, so the + button (to add stakeholder) is only available for contact and to add an account I must select another view and edit the connection for account by using the another view without alow me to select inline role

If you change the Stakeholder connection role by adding Account in the Select Record Types

    .

Please check whether it is being used in other entities (other than opportunity), so that it would not affect other areas.

You can create a custom N:N relationship between both entities and add a subgrid of account to capture accounts as stakeholders. You can also use connections (by using connection role named as stakeholder).
