Hi - can anyone help me out on this. I am not an IT person, but and Operations manager dealing with D365 implementation?
Has anyone got an idea around this problem i am seeing. when we release loads from load planning work bench screen in D365, you can get a error IF the sales orders keyed exceeds the credit limit for the customer. Obviously this ideally wouldnt happen, as in the credit limit exceed in the first place, but business requirements are to let this happen. So no avoiding this.
I have found i am able to add in in the release errors in load planning work bench the "override" and "hard stop" check/uncheck boxes (as per below screen shot), i can get around this. But other users who need this are unable to check/uncheck these check boxes. i am suspecting it could be security access, but has anyone come across this. our D365 is on premises servers. And if so where can this be sorted.
