where does the PO get subaccount info for inventory items?

From Inventory Sites (10.255.00) Tab IN Account
when I enter an inventory ID, all account numbers auto populate and the sub account is different on this screen from the sub account in the item master screen (10.250). I am changing sub accounts for reporting purposes and can't find where the auto population of accounts is coming from.
