Adding more Actions in WorkFlow

Hi,

I need to add more action to workflow:

for example current workflow actions are: Submit, Reject, Approve and request change.

I need to add more actions like: Refine which will ask the submitter to give more info on the request.

I searched a lot but i couldn't find any thing and currently i am open to ideas to achieve that.

    Hi Nasr, Instead of extending standard workflow functionality, can Reject action be used? Approver can reject the request and ask for more details, submitter will submit request again with all required information.

    Hi Mohit,

    I suggested to use reject/ request change functionality, but the problem is the user doesn't want to re-make all the approvals cycles again.

    Hi Nasr,

    Can you explain the full scenario here? Depending on this, we can guide you better. There is no option to extend the outcomes with another action. The 4 actions are pre-defined in the AOT.
