How to import in Dynamics CRM the campaign responses from an external xls file into a Quick campaign contact list?

Hello,

I used MS-CRM to send a quick campaign by mail on a marketing list of contacts, with a link to register using an external site (a sort of EventBrite). I can export the information about who registered and want to import it back in CRM marketing list of contacts.

It looks like it is possible according to this post (+) Campaign Response - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community but it doesn't give details on how to import campaign responses. Any more instructions?

I also looked at this blog How to Import Marketing List Contacts into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (datixinc.com), but it is overly complicated and I am stuck at step 9 with a search returning an empty list of contact.

Anyone could please help here ? Thank you
