Creating new board views

Hi, 
 
Is it possible to create new views using roles and grades rather than names of individual workers? I would like to create these views so I can understand our resource utilisation broken down by role/grade etc. 
 
If anyone knows how this can be done, it would be great to hear from you.

    Based on the information you have provided, we are unable to determine your specific needs, is it correct that you would like to change the Schedule Board for Dynamics 365 Field Service to look like the image below?

     
    We have tested this and believe that it is not going to meet your needs out of the box.
    Here's an alternative, you can create multiple default views, then filter based on Role and set the filtered view as the default view.
