ADD-IN ERROR when trying to open Business Central from Outlook

Hi all, 
 
I'm getting this error when trying to open Business Central from the outlook. We've tried uninstall it and install again the ADD-INS with no luck. Does anybody know how to fix it?

    I raised a case with Microsoft last week. I tried today to open BC from Outlook and managed to do it wit no error messages. I asked Microsoft what the issue was and they came back with this: 
     
    "From what I can tell the issue was an intermittent caching issue and after you have deployed and redeployed it took time on server side to clear the caching and trigger as expected. "

    Hi, there is a similar question in MS Yammer, which is probably a Microsoft issue. And it is recommended to submit a Support Request to the Microsoft support team.

    wow - I have just postet exactly same question and when I refreshed the list I saw your post was saved while I was writing.
     
    I can't delete my post  again, but will let you know if I get a solution. 
     
    I first discovered the problem on Sunday and I immediately aske my partner for help, but they did not have a clue, so a couple of days ago they raised a ticket at Microsoft, but so far no answer.
