BC Outlook Add-in stopped working

Hi 

For some reason our Outlook-add in stopped working. It worked perfect for a long time, but now it is broken. The problem did not start with a BC upgrade, but I don't know if Outlook was automatic updated.
 
When we have an email from a contact person (vendor) and we click on the Contact Insight button, we get an error that there is an error in the add-in so the add-in cannot start.
 
Can you suggest a solution for this problem?

    Are you using Business Central online or Business Central On-Prem?
    Have you tried to uninstall the add-in and reinstall it?
     
    If there have been changes to the environment name etc. there is a change that the add in will stop working and you will have to install it again.

    Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2307 Build 16.0.16626.20170) 64-bit 
     
    Nothing was changed. The add-in simply stopped working, so I guess it is probably a problem in the cloud backend.

    I have not tried to re-install the add-in, but in a few days I will probably try that, if no other solution pops up.

    Hi TMNielsen, 
     
    I raised a case with Microsoft last week. I tried today to open BC from Outlook and managed to do it wit no error messages. I asked Microsoft what the issue was and they came back with this: 
     
    "From what I can tell the issue was an intermittent caching issue and after you have deployed and redeployed it took time on server side to clear the caching and trigger as expected. "
