For some reason our Outlook-add in stopped working. It worked perfect for a long time, but now it is broken. The problem did not start with a BC upgrade, but I don't know if Outlook was automatic updated.
When we have an email from a contact person (vendor) and we click on the Contact Insight button, we get an error that there is an error in the add-in so the add-in cannot start.
Can you suggest a solution for this problem?
