trouble accessing D365O from Office 365 menu

Hi, please help!

When I click on the Dynamics 365 Operations icon (the one with a person surrounded by balls) in the Office 365 menu, I get the Lifecycle Services screen. How do I get to the Dynamics 365 for Operations screen from the LCS screen?

And yes, my company does have a license (just purchased recently).

    If I understand your requirement correctly, go to configuration of a particular environment on LCS and tick Pin this environment to the Dynamics 365 home page. Then you'll be able to open the environment directly from the Dynamics 365 portal.
