Time and attendance is not recording the correct times displayed when clocking in and out in Job Card Terminal.

For example. The clock in time of 8:00am is being displayed as the start break time. Start break time in Job Card Terminal displayed as 10:00am which is when the tech started his break. In time and attendance approval, the break start time shows as 8:00am instead of 10:00am.

Check if the time zones for the clock in user, D365FP approver is causing this issue. User options will have time zone settings(Sys admin--> users)

Thank you for replying. I found this to be a setup issue. Job card terminal configure job cards>configure job card terminals>general>use the actual time of registration was set to NO. Setting to yes resolved our issue. Thanks again. Robert
