I need to query an items Annual Historical Usage data shown when you run Item Inquiry --> History. What table do I access and what is field name?

If the item is used in SOP you can query these tables:
IV30300 - Inventory Transaction Amounts History
SOP30300 - Sales Transaction Amounts History
You can use Excel to connect to your company Database if you have the correct permission.
Then all you will have to do is refress the data.
