HI All

I have my client has GP 2018. He is going to purchase some Lite user license. I have to ask that Lite user will have access to new customization. These are new form , not the GP core window customization.

When you say 'lite user' do you mean self-service users or limited users, as those are both different from Full users in Dynamics GP.

Also, you mention the customization is on a new form/window, but not a GP core window, does this mean it is a modified or alternate version of a GP window, or a third-party window?

If it is truly a third-party product's window and for a self-service user type, it's hard to say for sure without testing.

Self service users were created to be an equivalent to the users that we used to have with Business Portal, in that they can create time cards for HRM, project time sheets for Project Accounting and/or purchase requisitions, but other than that, they’re limited to mainly inquiry/reporting permissions where they can view some data, usually only tied to their own employee id, but not much more.

It may be worth contacting the vendor that supplies this third-party product and verify that 'self service' type users, in Dynamics GP, have the ability to access this window/form that you're asking about.
