Filters/data not adding into excel sheet

When working with filters and wanting to pull the data out in a excel sheet. It's not adding the data into my excel sheet.

Is it a default, or am i able to change these settings somewhere?

Which D365 product are you using? The D365 brand covers quite a few things, such as Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement.

Did you use the Open in Excel function?

If so, this problem should not occur and only the data displayed on the page will be exported.

If it is a Configuration Package, you need to add a filters first.

Hope this can give you some hints.

Hi thank you for your response. I'm using the function 'Open in Excel' But the filters that i have chosen, are not following into the Excel sheet.
