ADCS/RF Scanning Deadlocks

While trying to troubleshoot reports of slowness on our RF scanners in our pick process, we noticed that there are a lot of deadlock messages in the event logs on the ADCS server. The users with the RF scanners are not seeing the deadlock message on the device itself.

It seems that the 2 tables that keep popping up as having a deadlock are the Warehouse Entry table and the Journal Line Dimension table.

Any thoughts on where to start with troubleshooting? I understand the general concept of deadlocks, however, in this particular application/process I would think there would be something in place to help prevent deadlocks with having multiple devices completing the same activities at the same time.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what the problem is. I suggest you debug it.

In addition, NAV2009 has been out of support for many years, so please upgrade to a supported version as soon as possible.

I hope other experts can give you better advice.
