I have a scenario where multiple batches exists in one license plate. When I try to do spot counting in mobile device, system is not taking 2 batch numbers. It showing error message /The license plate has already been counted./
Ex:
Physical On hand Inventory:
Item number
Location
License plate
Batch number
Qty
Item A
LOC1
LP1
B001
30
Item A
LOC1
LP1
B002
40
Currently in system there is zero inventory
When i do spot counting in Mobile device. Below are the steps
Scan location
Scan item number
Scan LP
Scan Batch number
Scan Qty
To add another batch, system will ask to
Scan item number
Scan LP
Error pops up- /The license plate has already been counted./
