Hello,

I know the max session lenght is 1440 minutes. However, is there a way to make user stayed logged in or silently login on D365 apps so that they don't have to deal with it. Once a day all the users are prompted to login. In addition to this, if conditional access policies that are set up on Entra fail they are required to login again. We all use Mac devices and they are not enrolled.

I used to create separate Chrome profiles for all my clients, and once they are logged in, they never logged out, even after 24 hours

Agree with @Sohail Ahmed that's the best option to manage multiple logins, and it's also easier.

Thank you for your response. It's easier to handle different profiles if that could work.

Could you please elaborate on the part "once I logged in, they never logged out" ? Or do you mean once they are logged in.

When I said "once I logged in, they never logged out," I meant that after the initial login process they never logged out

@Sohail Ahmed Unfortunately, a separate profile dedicated to D365 didn't make a difference. User was prompted to login again after 24 hours.

Conditional Access Policy logs the same:

The refresh token was issued to a single page app (SPA), and therefore has a fixed, limited lifetime of {time}, which cannot be extended. It is now expired and a new sign in request must be sent by the SPA to the sign in page. The token was issued on {issueDate}.
