Current version is US Dynamics NAV 12.2 (23241)

I am attempting to customize a Sales Invoice and having issues with it not updating the Report Layout when I Import Layout into the Custom Report Layouts window.

Here are the steps I'm doing.

  1. Custom Report Layouts - Create a copy of Report ID 1306 'US Sales Invoice - Blue'
  2. Open the report in Word and modify it
  3. Import Layout back into the Custom Report Layouts window
  4. Test the report by clicking on Run Report...and the report hasn't changed a bit

Is anyone else having issues with this?

    OK once I switched companies then it started working.  Must be something with the update to the version since I never had this issue before.  Problem Solved.
