Hello,
I would like to modify the social pane in a way that it is only possible to create phone calls via social pane. All other activities (Appointments, Emails, etc.) shall only be created via the list icon (Associated Activities View). Is it possible to reach this goal without coding?

Hi Amber,
This is not customizable, sorry. You should think about maybe removing and displaying separate sub-grids that will only display what you want in each section.
