hi all,

follow the MS announcement that is a new feature regarding the account hierarchy visualization, we installed the wave 2 - 2025 in our QA environment
how do i enabling the new account hierarchy visualization feature? because after the installation it's looks the same and according to the reference the admin should enable the feature prior to configure it

Solution update (from MS support center):
Please Go to Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) and open the app you want for editing and select the environment. Then go to Settings > Features tab and enable the Enable the "View hierarchy" capability setting.

    How to Turn It On
    • Since you’ve already installed the wave in your QA environment, you now need to opt in to enable early access:
    • Navigate to the Wave 2 early access features page (accessible from your environment).
    • Find the Hierarchy Visualizer feature under Dynamics 365 Sales.
    • Opt in to activate it these features are labeled "Users by admins, makers, or analysts" meaning they require intentional enabling
Step 1: Go to the 2025 Release Wave 2 – Early Access area in your environment.
Step 2: Locate the “Visualize and work with hierarchical data from multiple tables” feature.
Step 3: Opt in to activate it for your users or makers.
Step 4: Once enabled, admins and makers can configure the visualizer, specifying which tables, relationships, and fields appear on each tile.

It seems that the feature only appears when manually enabled in the Settings section of Power Apps, so double-checking the correct environment and app is an important step to avoid confusion after the update.
