There is at least one invalid contract for this master contract error when trying to close master contract

Hi,

We are trying to close out a Master Contract - and we are getting the following error message.

There is at least one invalid contract for this master contract; therefore, no contracts will be processed.

Anyone have any ideas on what needs to be fixed. I'm lost here.

We are on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 - Version Info - 14.00.1010(R2)

Dexterity - 14.00.0085.000

Smartlist - 14.00.0782

Database - SQL Server

System - Windows Server 2008

Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SP1) - 11.0.3156.0 (x64)

Hi CJW22,

Are you trying to achieve this in the PA Project Closing function ? have you made sure all the projects related to this Contract are in 'completed' status ?

If sill no luck, try to run the PA reconcile by figuring out in the PA Project Closing which section seems to have pending documents that were not processed or posted.
