Dears,

I hope all of you doing well.

we usually receive the POs partially and these POs still appear as an open order. we need to cancel the remain quantity of these POs and close the POs. how can we do it and how can we grant the permission to a specific user to work on this task.

You can do it using the button "Deliver remainder":

A new form will prompt, there you will be able to cancel the remaining quantity, if you do it in all lines it will change the purchase order status,you can also do it when you're posting the packing slip order:
