How to publish apps of Dynamics 365 for Talent as "Transact"

Dear all,

I would like to know if it is possible to publish apps of Dynamics 365 for Talent in AppSource as "Transact".

If it is "List", there is no issue in publishing, but if it is 'transact', not sure if it is possible or not.

Marketplace support team told me that they did not have any answer.

If the solution is published as SaaS app(in "Transact" mode), how can it communicate with end user's Dynamics 365 for Talent?

Could someone help on this matter
