new user login but launch Business Central appear as another user

For purpose of workflow approval testing within one laptop, new user (Saravanan) was created.

Saravanan input password to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and login successfully. Click to my Apps to launch Business Central. Once Business Central is open, it appear login but another user (sweelian) account.

How do I enable Business Central login for Saravanan? Kindly advise.

I recommend you clear all browswer data an try again.

The former users credentials are probably stored in a profile in the browser.

As Inge mentioned, the cause is multiple credentials are stored in browser.
Add to ZHU's solution, I recommend Edge profile feature. Edge profile is my favorite solution to control multiple credentials.
