Unable to do customer Return

I am using D365FO , MPOS with RSSU, once i have no internet connectivity i am not able to do customer return system is prompt me error 

Real time service is not available  at this time you can not perform this operation,

i am doing the customer return from the same store where invoice did 

Once internet connectivity is there i can perform the customer return 

i am new in retail, is there any parameter or setup for return that  system will check in local DB

    You can return the customer order in offline mode. As this operation need call RTS to check the available inventory for return.

    If you really want return the product in offline mode, I suggest you do manually return at POS side directly.
