Mark@CloudNav I am aware of it being used at an electric grid customer here in Australia, they are officially privatised but only very recently. They use it as a means to communicate planned outages and communicate service interruptions.
I have also had interest from a government customer who provide the government family with investment management, financial management, solutions and advice. They wanted to use it for regular newsletter communications with customers, internal company communications initially and then event management in the near future.
I would be interested to hear your experience in the government sector and also what’s piqued your interest in this space?
Amey, great to hear from you. The electric company scenario is very interesting! We're working with a department of education to communicate with parents, teachers and other stakeholder groups. I am now working on adapting the solution we developed for that setting so that it addresses the more general needs of government agencies.
