We've recently implemented D365 Marketing. We have contacts that qualify for multiple segments, both dynamic and static. The segments we're creating are used in multiple, concurrent email campaigns (aka customer journeys).
We would like to know if we can prevent contacts from receiving more than two commercial emails per week, regardless of the number of email campaigns they are included in.
Is this possible with the D365 Marketing solution?
This is standard functionality in every other market platform on the market, but we have not figured out if D365 Marketing can do this.
