How to Deploy Real time Journey in Dynamics CRM

I have deployed Journey in another environment, and it has not updated existing journey and created new Journey. Please help me to deploy Journey and update existing journey in CRM.

Do you mean to move the live journey to another environment?

Journeys in different environments do not affect each other, the best method is to be in a new environment to create a same real-time journey.
