Simple Lead Process

I apologize if my questions seem very basic - I am new to Dynamics and I am learning a lot every day. 
One thing I really struggle to get to grips with is creating and managing processes.

I am looking to create a simple Lead process that allows YES/NO answers or a tick box.

For example, 

Stakeholders Found - Tick Box or YES/NO

Added To LinkedIn - YES/NO

and so on.

Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi Mansoor

    I know how to create but my problem is having a simple field at each stage of the process. It seems that I can only have pre defined ones when I just want a YES/NO or tick box etc.

    Hello,

    Business process don't allow to define field separately, it provides all the field from the selected entity.  

    So if you want to use Yes/No field you need to add two options field and then you can use it there, you can also rename options to something different for example

    Yes-> Completed

    No-> Not Completed
