Completely new to Dynamics I'm afraid, and I work for an MSP where I have a user who's having a slight issue with his Dynamics GP2013. It seems that when he posts a transaction, the program hangs. It's not unresponsive, and we can still interact with the computer, we just have the spinning blue circle that just doesn't seem to want to go away. When posting, the CPU usage goes up to about 35%, while the RAM holds steady at 40%. I see no errors in the event logs. The user kills the GP task, and then reopens the program. Program behaves normally, and when he goes into the history, the transaction has indeed been posted.
Everything seems to work, but it just gets hung up when posting the transaction, though the transaction does get posted. Not sure what the issue could be, as the computer doesn't seem to be overly taxed by the task. Any help or pointers are appreciated greatly. Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong spot or something too.
His computer is running Windows 10
