Hi! I have created a transfer in order on one of my stores, but it has been a week still no transfer out is shown on the other store.

Note: Test connection to HQ from both store is successful and the transfer was already placed.

    @ramy rashan

    The workaround you've said is not working on me. I tried to reupload the transfers using 401 yet, it didnt get the transfers. And so, i checked the 401 process using sql server profiler.  I found out that only transfers with status = 1 are uploaded, so, we need to updated the hq message status and set to 1 and yes, you're right. It is advisable to let the programmers or someone who knows to do it.

    it is Not recommended to update fields in HQMessage table specially for non technical persons it may cause open another transfers or duplicate transfer if passing wrong parameters.

    workaround issue is recommanded.

    If above instructions still not working, try these steps below.

    1. Back up database first.

    2. Check if transfer out has been hooked up on previous sync (401).

    To check, run this query below:

    SELECT po.Status
    FROM dbo.PurchaseOrder po
    LEFT JOIN dbo.HQMessage h ON h.AttachmentID = po.ID AND po.OtherStoreID = h.ToStoreID
    WHERE po.ponumber = yourTransferOutPONumber

    Status = 1 means transfer out is not yet uploaded in hq

    Status = 2 means transfer has already been uploaded to HQ.

    To re-upload transfer out:

    //Update HQMessage Status
    UPDATE HQMessage SET Status = 1
    FROM dbo.PurchaseOrder po
    LEFT JOIN dbo.HQMessage h ON h.AttachmentID = po.ID AND po.OtherStoreID = h.ToStoreID
    WHERE po.PONumber = yourTransferOutNumber

    Open and update transfer out.
    Sync.

    Place the transfer in on order by selecting the Placement status drop box and changing status to "order has been placed"

    I created a transfer in from Store Number 1 (Requesting Store) and not in HQ so no need to approve it, correct? Previously when I create a transfer in from Store Number 1, automatically (after some number of minutes) a transfer out is created in Store Number 2 (Issueing Store)

    Do you approve the transfer worksheet in HQ.
