Managing Forums in Dynamics Customer Self Service portal version

Hi All,

We are using Customer Self-Service portal and we have a requirement to have forum management to be displayed in the portal.

i know that this is a OOTB functionality in D365 Community Portal, but how we need to get that implemented in CRM self-service portals. 

Looking for guidance to get started.
