Hi All,

I am doing an upgrade from 2015 to 2018. Despite the upgrade processing nicely and completed I noticed that I had lost AA menu items. I went to add AA and it seemed to load. Went to GP Utilities and received the following error

error: product 3180 does not support upgrading from version 12.0.1719

I did a fair bit of research prior upgrade but did not see any specific requirements for AA. No mention in the 2018 R2 Known upgrade issues

All help much appreciated

What do you see in the DYNAMICS DBUpgrade and DU20000 table for PRODID 3180? Follow these steps to remove AA.

The product 3180 was not able to support so for that epsonsupports.net/.../epson-printer-not-printing going to provide it with the best information that will be followed by a user.

Thanks for everyone who looked at the post. It turned out that AA had not upgraded from 2013 to 2015. Hence it wouldn't upgrade in 2018
