Good day, I have a client that has a few 8" tablets, running android Lollipop5.1.1.
The Dynamic Nav mobile client was downloaded via playstore. They have been operating for the last 2 years without any issues.
Last week Wednesday, 3 tablets came up with issues. They would select the Nav icon, and it just displays the blue back groud with the icon in the centre nothing else. The tabs still connect to the network, you can connect to the server via the web, so hardware wise all seems to be good. All the other tabs are working just fine.
we factory reset the tabs, downloaded the Nav application and still nothing. Has anyone else had this type of experience ?
we cant seem to find a solution
