My users want to set an email regarding an Opportunity which is already Won, but when they type the name in the Outlook Dynamics 365 app, the search would not give them the result. Which views do I need to modify to solve the issue?

Customer insights' data does not appear in the Outlook Dynamics 365 app. I'm sorry we can't help with your question in this forum. I suggest you post this question in the "Dynamics General Forum" community to get help.
There's a category tag "Email and Office Integration" to filter existing threads by.
