Contact from Segmet to Marketing List

We have a requirement where we want to use Marketing Segments and get the resulting list of Contacts into a Marketing List.

An idea is to use a short Customer Journey to transform every Contact of the (Dynamic) Segment into a Marketing List Member.

However this way we probably need to licence each Contact as a Marketing Contact.

a) Is there another way of doing that which doesn't require to pay extra for the Contact? (Maybe via Azure SQL or ..

b) If we only use the Contact once in the above mentioned Customer Journey, do this Contact count against your Marketing Contact quota for (hopefully not) one year or for one month?

    Hi,

    It can be achieved by adding members using Advanced Find in Marketing List.

    1. Create a marketing list no matter it is a dynamic one or a static one. Save it and click the drop down menu beside the Manage Members button. Select Add using Advanced Find.

    1. In the pop-up dialog, set the conditions to Contact entity with the segment you’d like to convert as the related entity.

    1. Find the contacts in the segment and select the contacts you’d like to add into the marketing list as members.

    1. Then you’ll get the marketing list with the members from the segment.
