Issue to log in Sales hub of Microsoft Dynamics 365 app

I have installed the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app and tried to log in. Got logged in successfully but when I click on Sales Hub I get following error message.

{Message: The app URL wasn't found or you need the permission to open it. Please check the URL and try it again or contact the system administrator. }

I have checked the credential and able to log in with the same credential on a web browser.

"Dynamics Sales Hub" is a separate solution which can be installed from O365 admin crm application. If what you are trying to do is trying to open an solution which is not installed.thatz why you are getting this error . Try to access "custom" or "sales" navigation.

I think it is not the actual issue.

As I have sales hub in my organization and I am able to access it from my tablet,web browser only issue it gives me when I try to access sales hub from app available in store of windows 10

Just to rule out the possibility I created my custome app "TestApp" along with "Sales Hub"app i.e. provided by CRM and tried to access it from app downloaded from store.

It too popped up same error.

Vikas,

follow the steps mentioned below to enable this feature

Step1. Login as Administrator of CRM & go to My Apps under Settings, where you will be able to see all the apps available

Step2. As shown in the image below, click on 3dots of the App you want to give access of & then select Manage Roles. Here you select the roles you want to give access of this App to & post which user will be able to access this app

I was able to recreate the issue by attempting to log into the mobile app BEFORE adding a new user into a role and assigning that role the ability to open the app.

To resolve I ensured that the Role had appropriate permissions. Then on the phone clicked the "person" icon on the main app, clicked "reconfigure" and retyped in my full CRM url (https://*****.crm.dynamics.com). I then selected the correct app, and voila, it opened immediately without any errors.
