Unable to set Minimum Charge Amount on Work Order Service

I'm unable to set the Minimum Charge Amount on a Work Order Service - I have the security to edit the field but when I tab out, it clears what I enter.  Does anyone know how to update this?

I'm using Field Service on CRM Online 2016.

    Hi Neil,

    You are correct - although I can't figure out how to get to that screen.  I confirmed that the fields are there in my system (by checking the Form Editor from the Customizations window), but any time I try to navigate to Price List Items, it takes me to the regular "Price List Item" entity.  Perhaps something to do with Project Service being installed as the menu bar on the top switches to Project Service every time I get to that entity (even if I go from Field Service Administration).

    Will reach out to Microsoft on this unless you have any other ideas.

    I suspect you might have been looking at price list item. You need to set the details on "Field Service Price List Item". See screen shot below.

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for the reply.  I already had the item on the Price List, so I navigated to the Price List Item record as you suggested and did not see any Minimum Charge field available (even checking the Form Editor, there doesn't appear to be any hidden fields).  I should note that when I navigate to the Price List Item record through the Field Service settings, it ends up taking me to the Price List Item record in the Project Service module (based on the navigation menu on the top) - not sure if that makes a difference.

    Seems like something that must have been available in FieldOne but was lost when it was integrated directly as Field Service in CRM.

    Any other ideas?

    The minimum charge amount duration and value are calculated when you add the service to the work order. It seems they can't be manually changed.

    To set the calculation you will need to add the service to your price list. Then in the Field Service Price list item you can define if a minimum charge should be applied.
