Generate a report with a list of all vendors with all their details

Hello,

I'm trying to export to excel a report with the list of all the vendors in Business Central. The report must contain Name, Fiscal ID, Address, email, Post code..

I can't find a report that generates all this information.

Using the tool "Inspect page" (ctr+alt+F1) I can see all those fields in the table in view table, but I can't export them to Excel in that page.

You could add the required fields to the vendor list and export them.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer, the problem is that when I try to personalize the fields in the vendor list, the fields I need are not included in the list of fields I can add to the view to export the table aftewards. I'm only able to see those fields using ctrl+alt+f1 and then clicking in "view table". In that view I am able to see all the fields I need, but the button to export to excel is not available there.

If you customize the profile (if you go to profiles -> open your profile -> customize pages) you will be able to add all fields from the table to the page. If you personalize, you will only be able to add certain fields to the page.

yes using configuration package u can export vendor table. And as valentine mentiomed you can customize page from the profile.

If nothing works then you can customised list page by adding fields and you can export that.

Hi, If you don't need all the fields, it will be much faster to use the Open in Excel function.
