Tracking an email from outlook to an activity

Im wondering if anyone knows if its possible to track an email from outlook to an activity by using the Dynamics connector in Outlook.
 
I dont see the option to do that or the timeline on the activity form so im unsure if this is possible and if so how do I activate it

    Hi，
    1.Deploy and install Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
    2.Then you can navigate to the email you want to track and click the Dynamics 365 icon
    Now, you can track this email without setting regarding value or populate value in the 'Set Regarding' field.

    Thank you for the response, but this doesnt answer my question about being able to track an email specifically to an activity.
     
    are you aware if this is possible to do? I want to be able to track an email to a "letter" Activity in CRM
