html code appearing on mobile version of survey

Hi,

When a respond completes a survey on their mobile html code is appearing in the questions. This did not happen before and did not appear in the preview however now does in a live survey. Is this a bug.

It is a bug in our service update this week. We will fix it asap. Thanks for letting us know
