PSTL Tools - Customer Combiner Error - Invalid Object Name TX00304

Hi!

I am trying to test Customer Combiner a feature available under PSTL Tools. I am using GP 10 with SP5 on SQL 2008 express.

Any idea why it is throwing this error? I tried to check for this table, it is not there in the database.

    Hi Mohan,

    TX00304 table belongs to VAT Day Book Product, may be this product is not installed and the PSTL Tool is looking for "Customer ID" field in this table.

    Due to which you are getting this error.

    if the product is installed and still you are getting this issue then follow the below steps to recreate the table,

    Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP --> Maintenance --> SQL

    Select Company DB

    Select VAT DayBook Product and from the list select "Tax Return Detail" table

    Mark create table and create auto procedure

    then click on process.

    Thanks for the reply. Is VAT Day Book Product available for selection during installation? I don't remember there is any such option during the installation. Let me give a try.

    Hi Santosh,

    Thanks for the screenshot. I am using installation files for GP 10 with SP5 which is downloaded from partner source. I tried using US, however it doesn't show VAT daybook during the installation.

    I took the script from another instance where I could find  TX00304 table. After creating this table, PSTL tool for Customer Combiner works perfectly.  Not sure why this VAT thing is not available. Anyway thanks for your time.

    Hi Mohan,

    VAT Daybook feature is available to United Kingdom and Ireland region. So if you need this need to install GP for United Kingdom and Ireland.
