Download a file from File Field in Dynamics 365 and add to email in Power Automate

Hi

I have a file added to the 'file' field in D365. I do not have access to SharePoint as it is on another tenancy.

How can I use Power Automate to get the 'file' from this field and add it to an email.

I can use the Dataverse 'Download a file or image'. But where is the file, what entity is it under? and how do I then add this to an email?

    Hi,

Thank you, I need to do this with Dataverse only as I don't have outlook in this tenancy. Is there a way with the ' perform a bound action'?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

Entity Name is same Entity where you have added 'File' field in D365.

I have create File Column in Employee table -

Now in Power automate we need to Select Employee as table name and Row ID is the record ID, I am triggering my flow to run when Employee record modified so taking row Id from trigger and then select Column name as File Column

    CR87.PNG

Now in Send Email , you need to select File Or Image Content from Dynamic content as shown below -
