Hi,
When setting up printing for the route card report it seems that all values are based on the last person to adjust the print settings.
It takes a long time for the Print destination settings form to come up and in this case I don’t even have this printer.
Any idea to solve the issue?

Try to reset usages data for single user than for all user if require.

when you say the last person settings do you mean the last person who uses AX with the same user (login).
I guess these settings are saved in cache for individual users.
For an individual report, you can set default settings through Print management Setup form
