How to upload items' Images on eCommerce site

Hello Everyone

I hope you're doing well :) 

I have shared my questions about uploading images to Dynamics below. Please help me with them

- Is PNG the only accepted type? I have noticed that jpg was mentioned at the catalog images!

- What is the best size and dimensions to have images with high resolutions

I have tried many images with different dimensions such as (300*400), (1000*1500), and multiple sizes such as (500KB, 850KB, & 1MB) but unfortunately got the same result each time, images with low resolution

    Your article is very helpful, but it didn't mention the dimensions of the images

    Can you please share them?

    As I explained, I tried many dimensions and sizes but didn't find the suitable one.

    Hello,

    you can't create the image size larger than the default. When you upload the image, CRM resized it to default size (144X144)

    You could try html web resource to display images, but not sure if it is working or not.

    Hi Maulik,

    Thank you for replying.

    My question was about the products' images at eCommerce Dynamics 365.

    I have tried to upload images with different sizes and dimensions, but I got the same result each time I zoomed in; images with a low resolution "almost blurry"

    Can you please help me with that matter?

    Can you check out the below thread, it should have the answer for you which is that it's a known issue being fixed but you can update the image quality to 100% on the media gallery module on the PDP page in the short term.
