Tracking Specification is missing

Hi,
 
I am trying to work with AL code to create an Item Reclassification Journal entry for a trace item. But whenever I post it I get the error "Tracking Specification is missing" even though I have created a modified the record. 
I checked that the filters they are using in the method should return 2 specifications but it doesn't even return one
